You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method.

10. Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. We review all complaints within 72 hours.

If a matter cannot be resolved through support, it may be escalated to our licensing authority. These terms are governed by international gaming law. In any legal dispute, the laws of kg996's licensing jurisdiction shall apply.
